This report is on On HR Planning of GrameenPhone. All the areas of HR planning are mentioned here. Our job was to collect all the data about GP and their HR plan and provide suggestions on how can GP improve their HR planning process.

The main purpose of the study is to compare the theoretical knowledge with practical scenario and at the same time get an in-depth knowledge about Human Resource planning and personnel policies.

The data for study are collected from following sources:
